Return policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order within the EU.
Return policy for other countries correspond to local regulations.
Items must be in an unused and undamaged condition when returned. In the case of a
return, shipping is paid by the customer.

If you have received a damaged product please contact us at customer@studioesinam.com 
and we will give you further instructions on when and how to receive a new one.

Shipping
Unframed prints will be packed and sent within 2 business days. Framed prints will be
framed, packed and sent within 7 business days. All orders are sent with express shipping
worldwide. Shipping times are normally
1-5 business days. 

Payments
We accept all VISA and MasterCard cards. All payments are made in GBP. Payments are
processed by Stripe a PCI-certified payment solution. When an order has been paid a
confirmation of the order will be sent to you by email. Check the order confirmation to make
sure it's correct. If there is an issue with the order please contact us at
customer@studioesinam.com.

Price info
Prices include Swedish VAT if the customer is located within the EU.  Buyers outside EU
should be aware of their country's tax laws.

Customs
International items may be subject to customs and additional charges that are not included
in the price.

This Privacy Policy contains information on how studio esinam AB, with corporate identity number 556920-4737 (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) handles and Processes Personal Data.

Studio esinam AB is the Personal Data Controller of your Personal Data. Studio esinam AB is responsible for the Processing of Personal Data within studio esinam AB and is responsible for such Processing being carried out legally and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and GDPR (in accordance with the principle of responsibility).

  1. What Personal Data do studio esinam AB collect?

We try to work primarily through the principle of data minimization regarding the storage of Personal Data, i.e. by only Processing Personal Data that is necessary, adequate and relevant for each individual purpose (according to the principle of purpose limitation).

We store Personal Data as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected.

If you make a purchase from studioesinam.com, We will collect your name, address, email address, telephone number, and company (optional). We use this information to process your orders and any returns and to communicate with you regarding your order. If you have subscribed to one of our newsletters, we will also use your contact details to send out newsletters. This is based on your consent.

When you pay by credit card, you will provide your credit card information on Our website during checkout. Your credit card details will be protected using encryption and are processed by Stripe. Subscription products will be processed using Chargebee and Stripe.

We may also use anonymized data internally to analyze customer patterns in order to be able to improve Our products and services.

It is required by GDPR that all Personal Data Controllers have a so called Lawful basis for Processing Personal Data (according to the principle of legality, regularity and transparency).

We obtain Lawful basis primarily through an agreement with you, which gives Us the right to Process Personal Data in order to fulfill the agreement, for example in order to perform Our services. In the Processing of Personal Data in order to fulfill agreements between Us, you must have understood and accepted that Processing of your Personal Data will take place in order for Us to fulfill the agreement and provide Our services.

We may share Buyers’ Personal Data with selected suppliers (“subcontractors”) who perform functions on Our behalf such as fulfilling orders and delivery of products, Processing payments, promotional services or data management, maintaining Our website, distributing emails and newsletters, to provide client communications and to manage Our customer database. We don’t authorize Our subcontractors to make any other use of your Personal Data.

We also license the permission to use our photographs of cut out people to Buyers, in accordance with Our applicable terms for that service.
