Return policy
All purchases are final.

Payments
We accept all VISA and MasterCard cards. All payments are made in GBP. Payments are
processed by Stripe a PCI-certified payment solution. When an order has been paid a
confirmation of the order will be sent to you by email. Check the order confirmation to make
sure it's correct. If there is an issue with the order please contact us at

Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?


Studio esinam AB, org. no. 556920-4737, based in Sweden, is the controller of your personal data.

What information do we collect?

If you make a purchase from studioesinam.com we will collect your name, address, email address,
telephone number, and company (optional). We use this information to process your orders and any returns 
and to communicate with you regarding your order. If you have subscribed to one of our newsletters, we will also
use your contact details to send out newsletters. This is based on your consent.

When you pay by credit card, you will provide your credit card information on our website during checkout.
Your credit card details will be protected using encryption and are processed by Stripe.
Subscription products will be processed using Chargebee and Stripe.

We may also use anonymized data internally to analyse customer patterns in order to be
able to improve our products and services.


Does studio esinam share your information with others?

Studio esinam does not sell, rent out or swap customer’s personal data with any other company. 
studio esinam may share customers’ data with selected suppliers who perform functions on our
behalf such as fulfilling orders and delivery of products, processing payments, 
promotional services
or data management, maintaining our website, distributing emails and newsletters, to provide client
communications and to manage our customer database.

We don’t authorize our suppliers to make any other use of your personal data.


Is data transferred outside of the EU/EES?

We share your data with our suppliers, who may process your data in countries both inside and
outside of the EU/EES when performing functions on our behalf.
